I never heard of a roast being cooked in the oven, I always assumed crock pot was the only way. I definitely think it's the best way! I usually will throw in 1 can of coke, 2 apples, onions, and carrots. The coke really makes it tender and the apples lend a slightly sweet contrast to the veggies.CaSaundraLeighhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11374792383477851241noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6163770583663178916.post-45919958756163481462010-02-03T03:04:53.925-05:002010-02-03T03:04:53.925-05:00That is a gorgeous pot roast--it looks so tender a...That is a gorgeous pot roast--it looks so tender and good and the potatoes sound great too!Deb in Hawaiihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12753889028487254096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6163770583663178916.post-48924452816590966852010-02-03T02:12:00.826-05:002010-02-03T02:12:00.826-05:00Truly pioneer...ur mashed potatoes and potroast......Truly pioneer...ur mashed potatoes and potroast....<br />cream cheese ...butter and half and half....oh i could have that mashed potato everyday....♥Sugar♥Plum♥Fairy♥https://www.blogger.com/profile/11968943453378277901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6163770583663178916.post-49666249808439032972010-02-03T00:33:55.545-05:002010-02-03T00:33:55.545-05:00This is one good lookin' pot roast and the pot...This is one good lookin' pot roast and the potatoes sound amazing.
